I am passionate about helping teachers and speakers thrive in their calling! With over 20 years of preaching and teaching experience, and close to a decade of coaching communicators, I want to help you grow in the gift that God has given you and bring glory to God.

My Approach
I believe that great communicators are not born, they are developed through prayerful intentionality. You don’t just need more speaking opportunities. Instead, you need someone you can trust to listen to you, give you helpful and experienced feedback, and provide you with the tools needed to maximize your strengths and improve your weaknesses.
My one-on-one coaching is personal and practical. Together, we will assess your greatest strengths, needs and opportunities as a communicator, and prayerfully identify how God is maturing you. You’ll receive coaching that helps you identify your blindspots, leverage your unique strengths, and I’ll provide you with encouragement and accountability to help you take the steps needed to grow not only as a speaker, but as a follower of Jesus.
How It Works
Schedule a Free 1:1
In this 20 minute video call, we’ll discuss the ways you are looking to grow as a communicator and identify the best coaching plan for you to achieve your goals and receive the support you need to thrive in your calling.
Choose a Coaching Plan
Select the coaching plan that best fits your unique needs, and schedule your first coaching session. Complete your initial coaching session assessment prior to our first coaching call. I will review a recent talk or sermon of yours, and then we get started!
Reach Your Goals
Each coaching session (1 hour per session) will focus on key areas of personal growth as you progress towards your goals. In between coaching sessions, you will have coaching assignments to complete and action steps based on your goals. I’ll be praying for you daily during this time and celebrating how God is moving in your life throughout our coaching together.
4 Session Coaching Package
In our time together, we’ll identify your top communication goals, discuss the areas of growth needed and the practical tools necessary to achieve these goals. We’ll assess what Jesus is teaching you through this, and where and how He is leading you as you communicate. We’ll also develop an action plan for continued growth beyond our time together.
*Church and non-profit employees receive a 15% discount.
$400 or $125 monthly fee for 4 months

1 Session Coaching Package
Sometimes, you need some extra coaching and support as you prepare for an upcoming speaking engagement. Or you’ve received coaching in the past, but would like a touch point of experienced feedback to support your continued growth as a communicator. In this session, we will either help you prepare for an upcoming speaking engagement or debrief a recent speaking engagement to maximize your growth as a communicator and identify new goals as a speaker, teacher, and/ or preacher.
*Church and non-profit employees receive a 15% discount.
